Gordon A. Smith is the Co-President and Co-Chief Operating Officer of JPMorgan Chase, one of the largest banks in the world. He has been with the company since 2007, serving in various senior executive roles. Smith oversees the firm’s businesses in Consumer and Community Banking, which includes Retail Banking, Card Services, Mortgage and Auto, Business Banking, and Wealth Management. He also leads the firm’s efforts in technology, real estate, security, procurement, and resiliency.
